important information

The fee is €12 and must be paid upon delivery. This will be donated to the family center. ​
 
Labeling
  1. the seller number - this must be circled
  2. the size or item e.g. PLAYPEN      and possibly enter additional information afterwards      e.g. - PART 1 OF 3 - if several parts belong together
  3. the price

  • Labeling with a waterproof fiber pen (e.g. Edding) on ​​painter's tape
  • Max. label length 15 cm!
  • Please attach to the front. Visible when folded.
  • Do not stick over the zipper
  • For plush clothing, please do not attach it to the plush (difficult to remove)
  • All information on one painters tape

The order of the labeling is very important to avoid confusion.
​
  • Clothing must be clean, intact and odorless.
  • Toys must be complete, functional & clean Please mark errors clearly on the label.
  • Goods that do not meet the specifications will not be unpacked.​
Excluded from sale:
  • T-Shirts
  • Underwear (bodysuits may be given away)
  • Socks, tights
  • Children's toilets

Hand over:
  • max. 2 tubs of clothes
  • max. 2 tub of toys
  • max. 5 pairs of shoes, attached in pairs
  • Larger items (e.g. bed, vehicles, strollers, etc.) can be handed in separately and indefinitely.
  • only in standard household laundry tubs
  • NO bags, boxes or oversized containers
​Important, the following order must be followed: Clothes, backpacks, and shoes can be packed together. Toys must be packed separately.
 
Labeling of the tubs:
  1. Easy to read with seller number
  2. 2 DIN A4 pieces of paper each on the short side
​
Sorting: 
  • By size & gender
  • Separate each with a DIN A4 piece of paper and label the clothing underneath.
  • Dress combinations should be sewn together (NO SAFETY PINS) so that what belongs together stays together.
  • Write the number of pieces on masking tape
  • Also attach the seller number circled to each part
  • Please only state the price on one label! Tape games, puzzles, etc. shut or pack wooden puzzles in transparent bags.
  • Car seats must be accident-free. Please check for admissibility (see ADAC)

Prices:
  • Only prices in €0.50 increments will be accepted
  • Crooked prices are rounded down (e.g. €0.30 -> €0)

Hand over: Friday, September 4th, 2026 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m

All goods that are returned (due to incorrect sorting or that are left lying around) go to charitable organizations after a period of 3 weeks. Please check your tubs as quickly as possible. Any money that is not collected will be donated to the kindergartens and crèches in our community
