Questions & answers
Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions.
Why aren't pregnant women allowed in earlier?
Not every woman can be seen to be pregnant. The effort required to check this is too great. And if a pregnant woman is not feeling well, she will not rush into the hustle and bustle of a second-hand market. With us, everyone gets the same chance.
Why didn't I get through the number allocation?
We are sorry that we were unable to answer your call. The number of callers was overwhelming. It happens again and again that callers do not get through despite repeated attempts. Please try again at the next exchange.
Why didn't I get a number?
The number of numbers available is limited, as our space is also limited. There is a waiting list. If a number becomes available at short notice, we will contact you.
What do you do if a label falls off?
Of course, we can't sell things without labels. There is a question mark box. We put all things without labels in there. Please check whether there are any of your items in there when you pick up your tubs.
What happens to items that are not picked up?
All goods that are returned (due to incorrect sorting or that are left lying around) are given to charitable organizations after a period of 3 weeks. Please check your tubs as soon as possible. Any money that is not collected will be donated to the kindergartens and crèches in our community.
Why do you limit the amount you can give?
By limiting the quantity available, we were able to increase the number of numbers available to be issued.
Why does the answering machine answer?
When all numbers have been assigned, we forward the calls to an answering machine. There are some callers who continue to call even after the numbers have been assigned.
